Quick Setup on Sprint mD Leak Tester
The Quick Setup feature on the Sprint mD leak tester uses Uson algorithms and expertise to get users setup and otimizing parts in minutes.
One of the most useful, yet often overlooked features of the Sprint mD tester is its unique ability to import testing programs directly from LC and iQ models. What does this mean for customers? This feature solves leak tester upgrade challenges for highly regulated manufacturing operations. 
Many Uson customers have Sprint LC leak testers that are ten, fifteen, twenty years or more old. Others have Sprint iQ's that are fifteen years old. Both the Sprint LC and iQ are trusted and true products that have given our customers reliable service and can continue to handle most basic applications. Twenty years ago, these testers were state-of-the-art, and networking was only just getting a foothold in leak testing, but now it is commonplace, and several varieties exist. Network capability is now required and expected in today's leak testing environment. Our answer to this requirement was the introduction of the Sprint mD. Introduction in 2018, The Sprint mD is one of the most innovative and flexible testers introduced by Uson to date.
Sprint mD's Tester Program Conversion & Compatibility Tools
The Sprint series has historically been the “go-to "choice for medical device manufacturers. The small footprint, multiple concurrent and sequential channels, variety of tests and customizable pneumatics have made it deservedly popular. However, as we know, the industry is heavily regulated. This means that change, even when welcome, can generate a seriously impressive amount of work. Although we can’t help with all of the document changes, Uson can make upgrading to Sprint mD easy.
Sprint mD has been designed so that users can transfer programs from LC and iQ models straight over to Sprint mD with confidence. In fact, you’ll know before you even buy a Sprint mD whether your programs can be safely transferred. Using our special diagnostic tools, we can download your programs and run a compatibility test which will compare what’s set up on your leak tester to what’s available in Sprint mD. If something is required in your new leak tester, we are able to address that need in the configuration of your Sprint mD.
